Report Automation & Analytics Manager (Excel VBA)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Report Automation & Analytics Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in the data analytics space, coupled with extensive experience in report automation programs with tools such as Excel VBA.

What you'll do:

As a Report Automation & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of analysts, ensuring that they are consistently delivering high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative automation programs and analytical tools. Your expertise in data integration will be crucial as you work with both structured and unstructured data for statistical analysis.

• Manage a team of analysts ensuring balance of workload
• Engage and influence key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Design and develop PowerPoint report automation program, automated checking process and analytical tools.
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Perform data integration of structured and unstructured data for statistical analysis.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives and provide necessary coaching to project members.
• Work closely with external stakeholders on complex operational matters.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Automation & Analytics Manager position brings a wealth of experience in dealing with data integration, data analytics, and report automation. Your proficiency in Tableau or Power BI or other online dashboarding tools will be essential for this role. Your proficiency in Advanced Excel and VBA is highly desirable. Experience in relational database management systems and SQL is also required.

• At least 5 years of experience in dealing with data integration, data analytics, and report automation.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI or other online dashboarding tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations objectively.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, VBA.
• Experience in relational database management systems and SQL.
• Sound knowledge of web design is a plus
