Business Analyst (Finance System)
We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst with a strong focus on Finance Systems to join our team and support the rollout of Microsoft Business Central (MSBC) ERP. This role is ideal for a finance-savvy professional who can bridge business and technical teams to optimize financial operations and systems.Exposure to ERP implementations is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the key liaison between Finance and IT teams, translating business requirements into system design specifications for ERP deployment and enhancements.

Analyze and re-engineer finance and accounting workflows to ensure seamless integration with MSBC modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting).

Partner with stakeholders across Finance and cross-functional departments to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

Lead or contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring that the financial system configuration supports business goals and regulatory requirements.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating and executing test cases, validating system behavior, and identifying/resolving issues.

Provide go-live and post-implementation support, especially during critical cycles such as month-end closing and financial reporting.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues, particularly related to Profit & Loss reporting and period-end processes.

Support change management and training activities to drive user adoption and process consistency across countries and business units.

Collaborate with external consultants during rollout phases, with the goal of transitioning into system ownership and support post go-live.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

3–5 years of professional experience, with hands-on involvement in financial systems or ERP environments.

Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance (IFRS, local GAAP, etc.).

Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central; SAP or Oracle also valued).

Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a process-oriented mindset.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
