Our client is seeking a Mandarin speaking Network Project Coordinator with a knack for managing both internal and external projects. What you'll do:
As a Network Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be overseeing both internal and external projects. You'll play a crucial role in managing service delivery tasks, ensuring seamless transitions from order receipt to customer handover. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be key as you gather necessary information for order delivery. You'll also handle data management in Delivery Systems, generate tasks in workflow systems, and maintain service data in our database. Additionally, you'll manage customer billing and vendor cost information while placing orders with vendors.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Network Project Coordinator position brings a minimum of 3 years' experience in project delivery coordination and is able to speak and read Mandarin. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential in liaising with various stakeholders. You have proven experience coordinating project deliverables across multiple task owners within several teams. Experience in project delivery within Financial Markets and/or Telecoms & Networking Solutions will be a definite advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of coordinating project deliverables within multiple task owners across a number of teams
- Ability to prioritise along critical path to meet project milestones and deliverable dates
- Proven success in teamworking
