Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with a focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS). What you'll do:
As an IT Business Analyst (HRIS), you will play a crucial role in understanding business processes, process analysis/management, and their related IT requirements for HRIS products and projects. You will drive the definition, optimisation, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes and IT solutions via development of business and functional requirements. You will collaborate with technical teams to prototype, build, test and deliver the solution. Your role will also involve managing process conformance and compliance as appropriate.
- Gather data and analyse business and user needs
- Create requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflows, wireframes and mockups within traditional SDLC and/or Agile frameworks
- Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solutions
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
- Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing
- Design new systems/processes by analysing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the IT Business Analyst (HRIS) position brings a wealth of experience in HR IT business functions requirement gathering & implementation. With your strong analytical skills, you are adept at translating business functional requirements into IT languages. Knowledge in SAP Success factors and Eightfold is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HR IT business functions
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint , JIRA , confluence
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven strong documentation skills (BRD, FSD, etc.)
- Knowledge in SAP Success factors and Eightfold
