HRIS Product Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a global capacity, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HRIS products and solutioins that align with business needs. With your expertise in stakeholder management and product development, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's internal HR IT solutions.

What you'll do:

As an HRIS Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be providing support for HRIS solutions and maintaining product roadmap for HR IT solutions. You will need to deeply understand the end-to-end HRIS process, existing business rules, and how these impact application & data workflows. You will gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. You should be able to identify business and other stakeholder needs, guide customers and stakeholders to understand the business value of the work planned for development, as well as interact directly and frequently with cross-functional teams of Scrum Developers to manage product releases.

  • Establish, prioritize, and accept work developed by Scrum Developers
  • Understand end-to-end HRIS business process and its impact on application & data workflows
  • Gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints
  • Identify business and other stakeholder needs
  • Ensure organizational vision is supported and product roadmaps are followed and updated
  • Communicate effectively with various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Make data-driven decisions and create high-level product artifacts to guide development and prioritize features

What you bring:

The ideal HRIS Product Manager will bring a wealth of experience in HRIS / HR IT functions or HRIS product management. Your ability to work effectively with cross-functional software development teams will be key to delivering common sprint goals. Your experience in representing the voice of the customer and stakeholders will ensure that product features align with business needs. Your strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to set clear priorities and manage expectations, will be crucial for success in this role.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR IT
  • Strong business Process understanding in HR IT functions and any of the sub functions (L&D, TA, HR Ops, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Inclusive Practice, etc.)
  • Have at least 5-8 years of experience in product management role within HR IT business functions
  • Familiar with HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Successfactors)
  • Experience representing the voice of the customer and stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including setting clear priorities and managing expectations
