Our client is seeking a dedicated APAC Project Manager with a focus on Salesforce. This role offers the unique opportunity to act as the bridge between Global and Local teams, managing various Commercial and Digital platforms across the region.
What you'll do:
As an APAC Project Manager - Salesforce, your primary role will be to manage various Commercial and Digital platforms across the region. You will be responsible for steering Regional and Local project teams according to the Global rollout project plan. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in managing work packages regional responsibility of rollout projects. Your commitment to success will ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
- Manage and steer Regional and Local project teams according to Global rollout project plan.
- Align on project schedule with Global and Local teams.
- Manage work packages regional responsibility of rollout project.
- Collect and provision project deliverables e.g., Localization inputs, data migration inputs, UAT sign-off.
- Manage project milestones and quality gates/critical phases.
- Regularly align with stakeholders such as Change Owner, Business Champion, Global rollout team.
- Prepare and present in Rollout SteerCo.
- Ensure rollout projects are completed successfully.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the APAC Project Manager - Salesforce role brings a wealth of experience in IT project management, particularly with large program rollouts across regions. Your strong knowledge of Salesforce, coupled with your ability to coordinate and manage projects and teams, will be invaluable in this role. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with both Global and Local teams.
- A formal tertiary degree preferably in IT or business.
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce rollout projects/programs.
- Extensive experience in IT project management for large program rollouts across regions of 10+ years.
- Ability to coordinate and manage projects and teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Professional Certifications in Project Management such as PMI are nice to have.
