Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their Digital Transformation initiative. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with senior management, market heads, and other key stakeholders across multiple aspects of digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will assist in leading projects, planning, managing timelines, and developing and executing digital transformation strategies to grow the business.
What you'll do:
As a Project Manager for Digital Transformation, your role will be pivotal in liaising with various markets on the status of their digital transformation roadmap projects. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on agreed KPIs, project status, and outcomes for key digital initiatives. Your ability to assist in delivering digital transformation projects from concept to implementation will be crucial. Working closely with teams to identify and define digital business opportunities or challenges will be a significant part of your role. You will also prepare business cases and seek relevant approvals to support project investments.
- Liaise with markets on status of their digital transformation roadmap projects
- Monitor and report on agreed KPIs, project status and project outcomes for key digital initiatives
- Assist in delivering digital transformation projects from idea/concept to implementation
- Work with teams to identify and define digital business opportunities/challenges
- Prepare business cases and seek relevant approvals to support project investments
- Support project budgets and implementation costs within delegated authorities
- Identify and support change management activities required to deliver desired project objectives/outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate project implementations to determine effectiveness in meeting desired project objectives/outcomes

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager - Digital Transformation role brings a wealth of skills and experience. You have a relevant tertiary qualification coupled with work experience in digital tools and technologies. Your ability to manage projects and virtual project teams sets you apart. You are adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, both written and verbal. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams etc) is essential. Lastly, your strategic and critical thinking ability will be invaluable in this role.
