Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their dynamic infra team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to enable Scrum for squads covering regional collaboration and productivity solutions development. You will be instrumental in delivering product increments and release goals in alignment with the product owner.
What you'll do:
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the effective functioning of a squad team using Agile methodologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Teams, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. You will also ensure compliance to Programme governance and collaborate closely with the product owner to align on release goals.
- Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a squad team using Agile methodologies
- Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics
- Ensure compliance to Programme governance on infra projects
- Collaborate closely with the product owner to align on release goals
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Scrum Master role brings a wealth of experience in Agile development teams diligently applying Scrum principles, Kanban practices, and theory. You hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related discipline and have more than 5 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role. Your certification in Scrum Master or equivalent demonstrates your commitment to professional growth. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment coupled with your exposure in infra environment makes you an excellent fit for this role.

- More than 5 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for Agile development teams
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent (CSM, PSM I), (CSP, PSM II), Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification
