What you'll do:
As a Senior IT Project Manager with Scrum Master experience, your primary responsibility will be planning and managing digital and non-digital projects in alignment with the corporate strategy. You will oversee the implementation of applications projects ensuring they meet user requirements, objectives, cost parameters, timelines, and expected benefits. Your role will involve developing project plans and budgets while coordinating business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval. You will also collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, establishing good working relationships while communicating project milestones, risks, and status updates effectively.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior IT Project Manager role is someone who brings a strong understanding of software development life cycle models along with in-depth knowledge of both traditional and agile project management principles. You should have significant experience in software project management including at least five years in an agile environment as a Scrum Master. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA is essential. Excellent communication skills are required for this role along with strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching abilities.
