About the Head of Product Delivery Role:
This role is responsible for project management of new products, service, enhancements and BAUs for online channels i.e. mobile banking and internet banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for project and budget planning, monitoring and tracking and resource allocation
• Ensure projects deployed are timely implemented and compliant to QM’s project implementation SDLC, IT security, risk management policies and aligned with BNM as well other regulatory guidelines
• Develop and execute projects by working with the business team in prioritising all the projects to be in line with business direction
• Implement enhancement for mobile and internet banking by conducting compliance testing and comfort level testing
• Continue enhancing mobile and internet banking features and functions to maintain the competitiveness in the market
• Oversee all products and projects roll-out, liaising with IT, vendors and external parties to ensure the roll-out is within the budget, timeline and scope

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess experience in project delivery, execution for digital channels within banking industry.
