Regional Solutions Manager - SAP FICO

A new Regional Solutions Manager - SAP FICO job has recently become available at a global food production firm.

About the Regional Solutions Manager - SAP FICO Role:
You will lead the delivery of projects for the finance domain within AMEA and Greater China. You will work closely with finance process owners in understanding business needs and translating them into solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with finance business process owner in understanding business needs and translating them into technological requirements, development of business case and the prioritisation thereof
• Gain an understanding of business objectives, facilitate solutions, develop approaches and define deliverables required to implement complex business processes
• Programme Delivery and Management - lead the on-site assessment and delivery of large finance domain and cross-functional projects, implementing systems for CBUs of Zone AMEA and Greater China
• Support and ongoing optimisation - make sure IT services are optimised and issues are resolved as per SLA
• Discuss with users about requirements, document, and prioritise all the requirements
• Report job progress regularly to the line manager
• Prepare the TO BE solution documents responds to users' requirements
• Implement SAP system for the finance domain (including GL/AP/AR/AA/ML, CEA/PCA/IO/PC)
• Develop FICO interface (EDI/EAI) with surrounding systems like golden tax/bank/travelling/payroll/master data, etc.
• Lead the simulation testing and support the user acceptance testing
• Train the users and make sure users well trained

To succeed in this role, you will need to have hands on experience in projects implementation of SAP FICO.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent field of study
• At least six years of experience in IS business solutions and four years relevant to SAP FICO implementation
• Good finance and cross-domain business processes knowledge and experience; influence of SD/MM to FI/CO
• Proven experience in full cycle SAP implementation projects
• Proven experience in delivering projects in FICO
• Competent to lead and communicate with the project team (or FICO sub team) with foreigners
• Competent to manage complex project delivery
• Good communication skills
• Good team collaboration
• Ability to adapt to change and lead/drive change
• Resilience, determination, and flexibility
• Cross-functional effectiveness
