Business Solutions Manager - Marketing/e-Commerce & Innovation

A new Business Solutions Manager - Marketing/e-Commerce & Innovation job has recently become available at a global food production firm.

About the Business Solutions Manager - Marketing/e-Commerce & Innovation Role:
You will lead technology and digitalisation for end-to-end marketing/e-commerce solutions and processes through the design of relevant IT products in ISEA. You will set up and develop a high-performing product-centric team with a focus on business value creation and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be accountable end to end for all tech and data solutions on its scope, and business continuity
• Define and deliver marketing/e-commerce process digitalisation roadmap
• Select and design the best solutions for marketing/e-commerce process scope in collaboration with global teams
• Partner with business stakeholders towards value creation
• Impact process optimisation and user experience
• Optimise IT costs on its scope (current ROP impact)
• End-to-end marketing/e-commerce digital capabilities
• Digital capabilities adoption and value realisation
• Ensure no or minimal business disruption through timely incident resolution and system health monitoring
• Two to three direct reports with possibility to lead a larger external team (based on roadmap) and supplier delivery
• Highly cross-functional across IT, business functions and external partners

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good marketing/e-commerce vision in order to drive data and solutions delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s in marketing/e-commerce technologies to deliver full digitalisation on end-to-end processes
• High knowledge of marketing/e-commerce processes, data and solutions architecture
• End-to-end marketing/e-commerce vision and stakeholder management
• Highly skilled in automation for marketing/e-commerce processes
• Experienced with project, budget and team management
• Break-through thinking
