SAP Business One Consultant

A SAP Business One Consultant job has become available at a global leader in industrial automation in Malaysia.

About the SAP Business One Consultant Role:
Reporting to the regional manager, you will handle the rollouts of SAP Business One in the Asia Pacific region. You are required to manage the full SAP Business One implementation life cycle through working with business functions throughout the creation of the concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Rollout Manager for Business One Rollouts
• Interface between departments/process owner/process experts/local users
• Consult business departments on functional and technical questions concerning the use of SAP Business One solution
• Transmit requirements from departments into technical solution concepts
• Team work with project managers and/or the process owner in the creation of concepts regarding technical realisation and cost estimation
• Configure third-party tools and applications
• Implement customisation requirements from projects (customising, configuration, software development)
• Coordinate external service providers
• Analyse and approve concepts for planned development in relation to maintenance, reduction of complexity and standardisation
• Provide key user support and provision application documentation for key users
• Provide local user training

To suceed in this role, you must be well versed in SAP Business One's order management modules.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in business economics or business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Profound skills (three to five years of experiences) in SAP Business One - ideally in an international renowned company or a leading consulting company
• Founded SAP Business One implementation and rollout experience. Know-how in optimising system landscapes for SAP Business One and interfaces to SAP R/3 or non-SAP systems is beneficial
• Good understanding of SAP HANA database and familiar with HANA SQL statements
• Strong know-how in Crystal reporting. Able to design and develop system report independently
• Analytical thinking
• Distinct team-oriented behaviour
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent business English skills - spoken and written
• Willingness to travel to national, international and overseas locations (20-30%)
