What you'll do:

• Consult with customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique business processes, challenges, and objectives before architecting tailored solutions using the Work OS platform.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during demos, solution design sessions, and seamless project handovers.
• Deliver strategic consultation throughout pre-sales activities, including building proof-of-concepts and advising on best practices for successful implementations.
• Develop comprehensive implementation plans covering onboarding processes, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting requirements, and user management strategies.
• Offer specialised consultation to enterprise-level customers by defining and implementing solutions that address complex business needs.
• Establish strong advisory relationships with clients throughout the consultative implementation process to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

What you bring:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in B2B SaaS environments as a technical customer success manager, implementation consultant, professional services consultant or technical project manager—ideally with exposure to complex product deployments.
• Proven expertise in conducting effective discovery sessions with clients, proposing solution architectures tailored to specific business needs, and delivering technical solutions within enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated project management skills evidenced by successful delivery of multiple projects on time while managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Exceptional communication abilities enabling you to explain intricate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
