Pre-Sales Manager

An exciting Pre-Sales Manager job has just become available at one of the leading telecommunication firms based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Pre-Sales Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value relationships with key stakeholders in customer’s technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' network infrastructure and business requirements
• Identify leads and opportunities for new product sales
• Providing solutions for client’s IP/storage solutions
• Form and maintain key relationships with important stakeholders on clients' side
• Achieve sales target, sustain revenue growth, and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential
• Manage an established team of pre-sales staff

To succeed in this Pre-Sales Manager role, you must have between 5 - 10 years’ experience in IP pre-sales/storage sales, working with large high-profile accounts/enterprise accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in IP/storage pre-sales, working with large high-profile accounts
• Excellent public presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Experienced providing consultation and pitching complex solutions to executive/C-suite levels
• Strong IP/storage technical background. HCIE or CCIE certification will be added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational coordination skills
• Strong achievement orientation. Open for contract positions if offered. Able to travel to client’s site
