About the Marketing Manager Role:
In this job you are responsible for developing key channel partner programs, events, and initiatives that generate demand, increase revenue, and build brand awareness for the organisation across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute channel partner marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to achieve business and revenue growth targets
• Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns through events, campaigns, online, social, telemarketing, engagement, and nurture demand generation
• Manage and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns by tracking top-of-funnel volume, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline generation
• Be accountable for the ROI of marketing programmes. Manage and allocate the set budget for the campaigns
• Track and analyse results, metrics, and reports to determine the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

To succeed in this Marketing Manager job, you must have excellent planning, project management, and communication skills. You must have experience working alongside sales and resellers’ marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives through the various routes to market.

Key Requirements:

• Solid project management, planning, organisational skills and B2B marketing experience in IT industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experienced in Adobe CC Suite, Marketo, Eloqua, and Wordpress
• Experienced in creating, developing, and executing (hands-on) strategies and integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Able to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation
