This role provides the unique chance to establish and manage overseas customer service subsidiaries from scratch, recruit and manage teams, and create the best global customer service system in the gaming industry. What you'll do:

As a General Manager in the BPO sector, your role will be pivotal in establishing and managing overseas customer service subsidiaries. You will support various game projects by providing excellent frontline customer service support. Your responsibilities will also include continuously iterating workflows and standards, tracking KPIs, identifying and solving problems proactively. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience by listening to their feedback and helping the R&D department optimize products.

  • Establish and manage overseas customer service subsidiaries based on business needs
  • Support customer service supervisors for various game projects
  • Continuously iterate workflows and standards, establish a data framework and monitoring system
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identify and solve problems
  • Provide a great customer service experience for players
  • Listen to user feedback, build a bridge between users and products
  • Help the R&D department optimize products to enhance user experience

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this General Manager position brings more than 5 years of customer service management experience. You have proven skills in team building and managing multinational teams of over 50 people. Your strong customer-centric mindset keeps you focused on enhancing customer experience. Your willingness to innovate and try new service models sets you apart. Previous entrepreneurial experience or BPO work experience would be advantageous. Experience in the internet or gaming industry is preferred. You are self-driven, eager to learn, take on challenges, and have good proficiency in both Chinese and English.

  • Experience in team building and management, managing multinational teams of over 50 people

  • Willingness to innovate and try new service models
