The ideal candidate will focus on accelerating time to value for customers through efficient project implementations while also driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the professional services organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Professional Services Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the APAC professional services team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee a diverse team of professionals who deliver software implementation and value-added services. You will work closely with various teams to optimize service offerings and execution. A key part of your role will be managing the Professional Services P&L, optimizing billable utilization, service margins, and team efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing scalable service offerings that drive business impact.

• Define and execute a strategic vision for Professional Services in APAC
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams
• Own and manage the Professional Services P&L
• Optimize billable utilization and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Develop and refine pricing models, service packaging, and delivery structures
• Oversee the end-to-end software implementation process
• Develop and launch value-add services that enhance customer experience
• Standardize and optimize implementation methodologies for consistency and efficiency
• Develop new professional services offerings that enhance revenue streams

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Professional Services Director role brings a wealth of experience in professional services or consulting leadership roles. You have a proven track record of managing a Professional Services P&L including revenue, margin, and utilization. Your expertise lies in software implementations (both cloud & on-premise), particularly for SMB customers. You possess a deep understanding of AI, automation, and technology-driven productivity improvements. Your ability to scale teams, optimize delivery models, and drive operational excellence sets you apart from others. Excellent communication skills coupled with strong leadership abilities make you an effective stakeholder manager.

• 10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing a Professional Services P&L
• Strong experience with billable utilization, financial forecasting, and service profitability optimization
• Expertise in software implementations (cloud & on-premise)
• Deep understanding of AI, automation, and technology-driven productivity improvements
• Ability to scale teams, optimize delivery models, and drive operational excellence
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
