What you'll do:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions specifically designed for the insurance industry. Your strategic thinking will guide the execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our client's strategic goals. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software products. Your leadership will also extend to integrating technology systems from newly acquired businesses. Staying abreast of emerging technologies in InsurTech will be crucial to your role as you assess their potential impact and integrate relevant innovations into the company’s product suite.

- Demonstrated experience in integrating technology systems during mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
