An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead and shape the Group’s digital business strategy. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader to guide the development of digitally-native businesses and leverage digital technologies effectively.

What you'll do:
As Chief Digital Officer (CDO), you will ideate new business models, in collaboration with Group senior management and other teams, into ‘digital-ups’, exploring feasibility, potential benefits and opportunities to the Group. You will incubate ‘digital start-ups’ into early-stage businesses, establishing core functions for successful development and launch and accelerate ‘digital start-ups- from early stage businesses to scalable ventures.
• lead the development of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and other data and data-related capabilities.
• Advise on strategic alignment of digitalization initiatives to the digital business strategy and collaborate with respective business unit heads to develop the digital blueprint.
• Create a digitally-native organizational culture that encourages innovation and adaptability. Partner with the Chief People Officer to attract and retain digital talent.
• Champion the use of data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, and other emergent tools to enhance customer experience and service, enhance customer experience, enable hyper-personalization, optimize efficiency, and drive business value.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Chief Digital Officer position brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset. You have proven experience in building new digitally-native businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Head of Digital or in other senior managerial positions within the financial services, start-ups or fintechs.
• Experience with public cloud solutions and their applicability towards and use within financial services.
• Demonstrated success in building, managing, and leading digital teams.
