About the Chief Digital Officer Role:
As a key partner to the organisation’s senior management team, you will develop an IT strategy roadmap and lead the overall digital transformation journey through cohesive technology strategies and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Predict, introduce, drive, and manage digital transformation agenda organisation wide. This can be in the form of development of new digital models, incorporation of new technologies, etc.
• Modernise digital platforms to establish a scalable, future proof and yet cost-effective technology direction moving forward
• Formulate a robust technology governance/cybersecurity/data protection framework and strategy to protect all technology assets within the organisation
• Steer and drive the change management for all new technology and digitalisation projects introduced to the business. Ensures that all programmes/projects are delivered on time
• Oversee all collaboration efforts with relevant vendors whilst ensuring that deliverables on software design, architecture, and technologies are aligned and fit-for-purpose

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years' experience in technology
• Recent five years’ experience would ideally be in a leadership role driving digital innovation programmes
• Strong domain knowledge in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud and various digital applications is required
