A new Head of Digital Transformation job has recently become available at a local conglomerate based in Kuala Lumpur.
About the Head of Digital Transformation Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the development of organisation's digital strategy and responsible for the delivery of digital transformation culture and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Product Owners, SCRUM Masters and Technical Delivery Team (Mobile and Web Application, Data and CRM)
- Be responsible for Digital Transformation solution delivery, and ensure proper portfolio planning, tracking, execution, risk and financial management across all digital transformation projects
- Develop, own and delivers on the Digital Transformation blueprint and strategy
- Ensure consistency in delivery approach through the Scrum Practices
- Guide the organisation's Enterprise Architecture and Digital strategy together with IT leaders including Security and EA
- Provide technical development advisory/consultative role to stakeholders
The successful incumbent will need to demonstrate strong leadership to be able to drive business decisions, provide guidance and advisory to the top leadership, influence business and department heads, and lead and build a fast-paced, agile and high-performing team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in and sound knowledge of Django/Angular/Ionic/Drupal/PHP/QlikView/PowerBI/Python, any relational databases, Salesforce, GetResponse, Infobip and other marketing technology solutions
- Experience in managing Microsoft Azure
- Experience and sound knowledge in Git
- Familiar with Agile development practices
