An exciting Head of Customer Support job opportunity has just become available at one of the leading IT organisations.

About the Head of Customer Support Role:
Your key responsibility will be to provide oversight and be responsible for the performance of all the support services and ensure that the clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure customer issues are resolved and take ownership of improvements, completing at pace
  • Analyse performance data to design and deliver improvements to service
  • Recruit, mentor and manage team members
  • Monitor, measure and manage the team’s progress
  • Drive change initiatives/projects in the organisation

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong client management experience and extensive leadership experience.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience supporting IT services and applications in a technology hub set-up, preferably with knowledge in identity, fraud and security solutions
  • Experience establishing and leading a customer facing team preferably within a technology/software company
