Senior Solutions Consultant (Japanese Speaker Only)

A leading global network solutions provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant (Japanese Speaking) to join their Malaysian team. This role offers you the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from presales engagement and proof-of-concept design through to solution architecture and hands-on delivery leadership.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Japanese Speaking), you will play a pivotal role to:

• Lead customer discovery workshops to gather business objectives, technical requirements, constraints, risks and measurable success criteria while ensuring all stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
• Develop and deliver compelling presales presentations that clearly articulate technical scope, assumptions, exclusions, proposed architecture and design trade-offs as well as delivery approach, risks and mitigation plans.
• Support the opportunity lifecycle by partnering closely with Sales/Account teams to ensure a structured transition from presales into delivery while contributing to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with technical write-ups, compliance mapping, clarifications and solution narratives.
• Define proof-of-concept objectives and scope by establishing success criteria, resource needs, timeline and evaluation plan aligned to the customer’s decision requirements.
• Build and execute PoCs/demos in lab or customer environments including hands-on configuration, validation testing, evidence capture and issue triage while producing formal PoC documentation and closure outputs.
• Own solution design end-to-end by producing HLD/LLD documents, topology diagrams and implementation approach documentation while translating requirements into implementable designs covering routing/IP design, segmentation, resiliency/HA, secure connectivity, integration and migration/cutover approach.
• Provide BOM/BoQ technical inputs as required ensuring the design is feasible, operable and aligned to delivery constraints while acting as the design authority during customer design reviews and internal governance.
• Drive execution from kickoff through implementation, stabilization and handover as technical lead or architect-on-project including hands-on delivery where required.
• Coordinate delivery activities with internal engineers, partners and vendors such as guiding configuration, deployment, cutover, validation and acceptance testing.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts including root-cause analysis and remediation during delivery and post-cutover stabilization ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.

What you bring:

Your proven background as a Senior Solutions Consultant (Japanese Speaking) will have:

• Demonstrated experience across the full lifecycle of presales engagement, PoC build & validation, solution architecture and hands-on delivery execution within enterprise networking environments.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication skills including confident presentation abilities in both English and Japanese as well as structured written documentation capabilities.
• Strong networking fundamentals with proven expertise in routing/IP design, integration processes, troubleshooting methodologies plus exposure to SD-WAN technologies (such as SASE/SSE) or network security solutioning.
• Hands-on or technically accountable implementation leadership experience involving cutover governance, issue resolution or delivery assurance within SI/MSP/professional services environments.
• Multi-vendor exposure across enterprise networking platforms combined with familiarity in security platforms relevant to large-scale deployments.
• Ability to produce detailed HLD/LLD documents along with topology diagrams that translate complex requirements into actionable designs covering segmentation/resiliency/connectivity/integration/migration approaches.
• Experience providing BOM/BoQ technical inputs ensuring feasibility of designs aligned with operational constraints while acting as design authority during reviews/governance sessions.
• Proven track record coordinating delivery activities among internal engineers/partners/vendors including guiding configuration/deployment/cutover/validation/acceptance testing processes.
• Expertise leading troubleshooting/root-cause analysis/remediation efforts during project delivery/post-cutover stabilization phases ensuring efficient issue resolution.
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent demonstrable experience required; preferred qualifications include CCIE or senior-level networking certifications plus relevant security/SD-WAN credentials.
