Senior Product Owner (FMCG)

As the Senior Product Owner, you will manage the vendor in charge of the company’s critical applications (Manufacturing & Finance). This role requires strong coordination abilities, a deep understanding of IT systems, and expertise in managing vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will drive performance excellence, foster collaboration between internal teams and vendors, and implement best practices.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate and manage IT service delivery of the vendor in charge of the company’s critical applications (Manufacturing & Finance).
  • Ensure effective communication between internal senior stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain service plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and address issues promptly.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular service reviews.
  • Implement best practices for service delivery management and foster innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience managing IT service delivery of vendors or large scale internal teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Proficiency in service management tools like ServiceNow.
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • ITIL certification or similar is preferred.
