L1 NOC Analyst (Day Shift)

An exciting L1 NOC Analyst (Day Shift) job opportunity has just become available at one of the leading IT services organisations based in Kuala Lumpur.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing incident, change request, and service request tickets; monitoring network performance; producing incident reports; identifying areas for improvement.

What you'll do:

• Perform the function of the NOC Analyst adhering to ITIL-based processes and within the timeframes associated with SLA management
• Open Incident, Change Request, and Service Request tickets and manage them throughout their lifecycle
• Monitor network and application performance across various platforms
• Produce summaries of events and provide analysis for Incident reports
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate these professionally to the management team
• Covering 12 hour day shift, 4 days a week which will include weekends and public holidays

What you bring:

• More than 1 year of experience in NOC or Service Desk.
• Familiar with ITIL process, certified in ITIL is an added advantage
• Comfortable / experience in night shift (12 hours shift, 4 days a week)
• Language skills such as Japanese or Mandarin is a strong advantage
