What you'll do:

As the Head of Department for the Credit Card Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's product. Your primary responsibility will be to co-create a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with domain OKRs. You will leverage market insights, user data, and competitive analysis to guide your decision-making process. You will also be responsible for aligning and communicating the product vision while maintaining a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap. Your ability to enable data-driven prioritization and strategic data decision-making will be crucial in delivering measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

• Co-create a multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with domain OKRs
• Leverage market insights, user data, and competitive analysis to guide decision-making
• Align and communicate the product vision, maintaining a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap
• Enable data-driven prioritization and strategic data decision-making
• Oversee the development of release strategies and value delivery roadmaps
• Remove blockers or impediments that hinder team performance or learning opportunities

• Strong knowledge in Cross Border Payments and Domestic Payments
• Experience in ISO/Swift/Remittance/Visa/MC and Domestic Payment network integration
