IT Engineer (Regional Healthcare Systems)

As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for project management and implementation services, including onboarding new customers and establishing new Healthcare Product systems locally and in regional countries. You will also travel within the region for installation, sales support, training, and troubleshooting purposes. Additionally, you will assist the sales team, provide training for software updates, and handle account management duties.

What you'll do:

• Travel regionally for new healthcare product system installation, support, training, and troubleshooting with client hospital’s IT team.
• Perform gap analysis among client’s IT infrastructure & compatibility with new healthcare product software & devices, assist in finding suitable solutions.
• Coordinate server installation, system activation, integration testing with hospital IT teams.
• Provide user training and support before and during go-live.
• Troubleshoot and maintain the system on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide training for internal staff members.
• Assist the sales team with demos, tenders, and regional congresses.
• Provide 1st line support on functional and technical issues as single Point of Contact among clients.

What you bring:

• 5 years as an IT Engineer / Infra Support / Service Delivery
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and time management abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel overseas frequently during first year of client installation & occasionally for maintenance during following years.
