Our client is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with a focus on Sales. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive improvements in Sales IT systems such as Distribution Management System, Sales Force Automation, and Trade Promotion Management. * Drive improvements in key Sales IT systems * Ensure availability and effectiveness of Sales IT capabilities * Contribute to alignment of IT & Data service delivery with business strategy

What you'll do:

As an IT Business Analyst focusing on Sales, your role will be pivotal in analysing and driving improvements in key Sales IT systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders ensuring that the support provided by the product team aligns with internal SLA and KPIs. Your contribution will be crucial in aligning IT & Data service delivery with business strategy, using technology and IT standards as a competitive advantage. You will also contribute to the construction of Objective Key Results (OKRs) and follow up on portfolio management. Your commitment to continuous improvement will see you participating in projects and driving sales process digitalisation.

  • Analyse and drive improvements of Sales IT systems such as Distribution Management System, Sales Force Automation, Trade Promotion Management.
  • Ensure the support provided to the user by the product team meets the internal SLA and KPIs.
  • Contribute, with Senior BSM, to the alignment of the IT & Data service delivery with the business strategy.
  • Drive the business to use technology and IT standards as a competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to the construction of the Objective Key Result (OKR), and to the follow-up of the portfolio.
  • Participate in projects & drive sales process digitalisation & improvements continuously.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this IT Business Analyst - Sales role brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. With at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or a related field, you have spent at least 4 years working with Commercial Sales solutions. Your tech-savviness is complemented by your intermediate knowledge of Commercial Sales functional processes and IT processes. You are comfortable working on concepts of medium complexity and have a knack for using and developing analytical tools. Your excellent communication skills allow you to articulate complex issues to stakeholders from various functions. A team player, you thrive in a process-driven environment and bring energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, and pragmatism to the table.

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 4 years Experience in Commercial Sales solutions (DMS, SFA, TPM, etc.) with high tech-savviness.
  • Intermediate knowledge on Commercial Sales functional processes, IT processes, ability to use and develop analytical tools.
  • Capacity to work on concepts of medium complexity, analytical skills, eager to learn.
  • Good communication skills and able to articulate resolution of issues to stakeholders from various functions.
  • Team spirit and ability to work in process mode.
  • Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism.
