Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for managing escalated cases & tickets, setting up log monitoring, investigating alarms, and gathering problem logs or database logs for further escalation. You will work closely with the Infrastructure team to mitigate issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Skills: Technical support, Troubleshooting, Log monitoring, Problem-solving, Analytical skills, Communication skills

What you'll do:

  • Manage escalated cases & tickets to provide technical support.
  • Log monitoring and investigate alarms triggered.
  • Gather problem logs and escalate them to the appropriate team.
  • Collect data from logs for reporting and statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues using logging, database queries, and support tools.
  • Familiarity with working in a 24x7 on-call setup.
  • Willingness to work on rotation shift basis, including midnight hours.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
