IT Governance Manager
This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage key IT decisions, projects, and processes that significantly impact business performance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective IT Governance Framework, managing IT Technology Change Management and Problem Management, and providing strong leadership to ensure individual and departmental performance goals are met.

What you'll do:
As an IT Governance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our client's IT strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement an effective IT Governance Framework. This includes monitoring and controlling key IT decisions, projects, and processes that could impact business performance. You will also manage the IT governance, planning, compliance, and risk management functions while enforcing IT principles, standards, and processes. Your role will involve ensuring appropriate IT policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery.
- Responsible for IT Governance, Compliance and Project Management
- Design and implement the IT Governance Framework
- Monitor and control key IT decisions, projects and processes that might have an impact on business performance
- Manage the IT governance, planning, compliance and risk management functions
- Enforce IT principles, standards and processes
- Ensure appropriate IT policies and controls are in place for effective service delivery
- Manage IT Technology Change Management and Problem Management
- Support initiatives to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls and policies
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a minimum degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. You should have excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) along with good teamwork & interpersonal skills. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity leading IT Governance is required. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years of working experience preferably in areas such as IT Governance, Compliance, Risk, and Project Management. Knowledge of COBIT / ITSM would be advantageous.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science / IT
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Good teamwork & interpersonal skills
- At least 3 years in similar capacity leading IT Governance
- 10 years of working experience preferably in IT Governance, Compliance, Risk and Project Management.
- COBIT / ITSM knowledge
