What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager in IT Audit, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing IT audit projects designed to provide an assessment of internal control processes and operational performance. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding your team to deliver quality audits. You will also play a key role in updating the annual IT Audit universe based on IA Methodology, risk trends, and areas of regulatory interest. Your ability to provide insightful reports on the design and operating effectiveness on controls with SMART actions will be invaluable. Additionally, you will oversee the quality assurance, operations, and performance of your division.
- Plan and execute Information Technology (IT) audit projects
- Provide assessment of internal control processes and operational performance
- Guide and deliver quality audits
- Update the annual IT Audit universe based on IA Methodology, risk trends and areas of regulatory interest
- Provide reports on the design and operating effectiveness on controls with SMART actions
- Monitor and verify audit action closures
- Support preparation and development of a risk-based Audit
- Oversee the quality assurance, operations and performance of the division
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager position in IT Audit brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a professional qualification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor or a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. Your minimum twelve years' experience in IT Auditing has given you a sound understanding of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity trends which will be essential for this role. Your knowledge and experience in credit risk management, compliance, corporate governance will further enhance your ability to succeed in this position. Lastly, your strong interpersonal skills coupled with your leadership abilities make you an excellent fit for this role.
- Professional qualification (e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor) or Bachelor's Degree Holder in IT or related field
- Minimum twelve (12) years working experience in IT Auditing
- Sound understanding of IT systems, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity trends
- Knowledge and experience in credit risk management, compliance, corporate governance
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
