Technology Risk & Compliance (Financial Services)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Risk & Compliance at a leading financial institution. You will be responsible for managing and improving the overall ownership of IT Risk & Compliance management frameworks, standards, policies, and methodologies for the Group's businesses. You will play a key role in ensuring better understanding and governance of tech risk issues across the Group.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support countries and entities in managing technology and cyber risk.
• Facilitate cyber risk assessments across the group and for outsourcing to ensure adherence to security controls and policies.
• Identify areas of technology and cyber risk management process improvement and adopt industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on IT and Cyber Risk Management.
• Manage and drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced overall tech environment from a risk and compliance perspective.
• Oversee the functions of surveillance of IT operational risk and business continuity management controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies, and guidelines.

What you bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience & strong knowledge of technology risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements on IT and Cyber Risk Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
