About the Senior Tech Risk Analyst (VP) Role:
Reporting to the Head of Technology Risk, your main responsibility is to develop and implement technology risk management methods, tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of key technology risk
• Provide assurance that risks are managed in line with approved risk appetite and is compliant to both internal and regulatory requirements
• Provide early detection advice to management based regarding emerging security threats or potential IT strategic issues on new ventures and industry overall
• Develop and implement technology risk related policies and procedures
• Assess effectiveness of incident tracking, management and reporting
• Document system risk governance and information security standards to ensure it is in line with regulatory guidelines

To succeed in this Senior Tech Risk Analyst (VP) role, you must be a proactive and sharp individual. You will work with various departments on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• Four to six years of experience in IT risk and compliance, IT governance, IT audit or similar
• Knowledge in risk and control management
• Knowledge in RMiT or other Bank Negara’s requirements is an advantage
• Certifications in CISA, CISSP, CISM, or similar is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISMS principles such as ISO27001, cyber resilience or COBIT is an advantage
• Prior audit experience in IT risk, cybersecurity and similar is an advantage
• Must be able to take ownership and take matters through to a logical conclusion
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong reporting and writing abilities
