Senior IT Executive

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Specialist to join a high-performing team responsible for managing and securing a complex enterprise IT environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced infrastructure systems and modern workplace technologies within a structured and security-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure operations across servers, network, and storage systems
• Provide L2 support for a Mediuem-sized organisation in a fast-paced environment
• Administer and govern the Microsoft 365 environment, including licensing, security, and compliance configurations
• Support key platforms: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Endpoint Management
• Contribute to system improvements, implementations, and ongoing enhancements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, hardware, and Microsoft technologies)
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 administration within an enterprise environment
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, security-driven environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with IT audits, vendor management, or project delivery
• Exposure to Zero Trust security concepts
• Background in IT services or financial/regulated industries
