What you'll do:

• Lead or contribute to global projects within the retail IT organisation, ensuring successful delivery through careful planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate internationally with other group entities on IT topics and partner integration initiatives, fostering strong relationships across borders for shared success.
• Work closely with corporate IT to implement group-wide systems, policies, and procedures that standardise operations while meeting local requirements.
• Maintain and execute the IT security strategy by identifying risks, implementing control measures, and ensuring compliance with both group standards and local regulations.
• Plan, manage, and optimise the local IT budget while overseeing asset management, software licensing, purchasing activities, and cost-effective resource utilisation.
• Supervise the ongoing development of the IT landscape—including SAP ERP—by managing change requests, incident resolution, security updates, patch management, and application portfolio enhancements.
• Provide knowledge transfer through documentation and key user training sessions while acting as L2 helpdesk support and backup for L1 helpdesk functions.

• A proven track record in implementing robust IT security strategies shows your commitment to safeguarding data integrity across all systems.
