Senior Manager, Managed Services
A leading IT Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Manager of Managed Services to drive and enhance the delivery of managed services for regional clients. What you'll do:
As Senior Manager of Managed Services, you will lead onsite and remote teams to deliver high-quality technical support for clients. You will act as the key link between internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. Your role includes driving continuous improvement, managing escalations, and maintaining strong service performance across critical accounts.
- Oversee service managers and ensure all SLAs and contractual obligations are consistently met.
- Lead central support teams and onsite engineers to ensure timely technical issue resolution.
- Manage high-priority escalations and maintain alignment with best practices.
- Coordinate with executives on key business and technical matters for swift decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while optimising resources to meet changing service demands.
What you bring:
You bring extensive experience leading large technical teams within complex, fast-paced environments. You are a strong communicator who excels in stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making. Your leadership style fosters collaboration, adaptability, and a strong customer experience mindset.
- At least 15 years of experience within managed services & operations team.
- Comfortable leading teams covering regional based operations (APAC).
- Strong command of IITL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
- Diverse technical exposure covering infrastructure, network, cloud, security would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills across diverse, distributed teams.
- Flexibility to handle customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
