Exchange Server & M365 Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Exchange Server & M365 Lead to join a dynamic team and provide end-to-end service request management, incident resolution, and Level 3 support. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Exchange environments, and various enterprise workplace tools while ensuring compliance with network access policies.

What you'll do:

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Exchange (on-premise, hybrid, and online).
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues using PowerShell scripting for automation and issue resolution.
• Administer enterprise tools such as MDM Blackberry mobile suite, Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, and MTD/MFA solutions.
• Collaborate with the Workplace IT service desk team for escalations and after-hours support.
• Ensure privileged ID access is granted only to authorized personnel following the access approval process.

What you bring:

• 6–9 years of experience in a similar role within enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and Exchange administration (on-premise/hybrid/online).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in Level 3 support.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
• Familiarity with security tools like Trend Micro, Enterprise Vault, MTD/MFA solutions, and MDM Blackberry mobile suite.
• Ability to work effectively in an escalation support model, including after-hours availability when required.
