Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Director of Technology Services to lead their Infrastructure, Technology & Operations teams at their APAC Global Operations Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

This role is integral to the smooth running of their global cloud and infrastructure platforms. As part of the extended leadership team, you will report directly to the APAC Regional Technology Director and work closely with teams across APAC, EMEA and the US. What you'll do:
As the Director of Technology Services, your primary responsibility will be leading the Infrastructure, Technology & Operations teams both directly and indirectly. You will play a critical role in all aspects of running the cloud and infrastructure platforms globally. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing team performance, ensuring effective operation of 24X7 service delivery, upholding operational excellence globally, implementing best practices with a customer-focused approach, identifying and owning initiatives to optimize operational teams, and contributing to recruitment efforts.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Director of Technology Services role will bring proven experience in people and operations management within a fast-paced IT environment. You should have demonstrated leadership experience at director level or above at a global organisation. A strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices is essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required along with familiarity with IT operations and platform components such as Windows Server, SQL Server, Deployment Automation, Citrix. Familiarity with Infrastructure, Networking, Data Centres and Capacity Management would be advantageous.
