IT Infrastructure Lead (FS)

As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be the primary IT contact for all technology services and platforms, supporting the diverse needs of this financial services’ KL office. You will work closely with regional teams and local vendors to resolve technology issues and requests, fostering strong relationships with local business stakeholders and ensuring compliance with financial services regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the primary IT contact and support for technology solutions in the Kuala Lumpur office.
• Manage and resolve technology problems and requests, including end user services.
• Collaborating with regional teams and local vendors.
• Build trusted relationships with business units, acting as the face of technology in your environment.
• Ensure compliance with financial services regulatory requirements.

What you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure. Experience managing senior stakeholders (HoD, C-Level) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365).
• Ability to support and troubleshoot platforms & applications that are focused on financial technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s financial services regulatory requirements.
