What you'll do:

As the Head of Field Services, your primary responsibility will be managing a team of Field Service Leads and Engineers across Malaysia. You will oversee all aspects of Field Service Operations, ensuring efficient service delivery to end users. Your role will involve managing tickets, projects, and service requests assigned nationwide. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff and vendor management. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to ensure that all tasks are completed within set timelines and that vendors deliver as per contract.

  • Manage Regional Field Service Leads nationwide
  • Manage tickets assigned to Field Services Nationwide
  • Manage Projects and Service Requests assigned to Field Services Nationwide
  • Staff management
  • Vendor management
  • Ensure tickets are attended to in a timely manner
  • Ensure completion of Projects and Service Requests within timeline
  • Ensure vendors perform work as per Contract

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Field Services position will hold the relevant experience in the banking or financial industry. You should have experience working in a large organization with high volume business transactions. Your ability to manage a big team effectively will be crucial for this role. A deep understanding of Field Service Operations on a large scale is required. Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A customer-focused approach, both internally and externally, is key. The ability to work after office hours and during weekends/holidays is also necessary.
