As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with clients for a well-known telco company’s Enterprise Network products, focusing in a WAN environment. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of networking, ideally Cisco products & server exposure on Linux and Windows environment. Great Stakeholder Management, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential.

What you'll do:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients to report issues and request changes.
- Resolve client issues and requests within SLA by accurately assessing and routing them to the appropriate teams.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for platform architectures.
- Troubleshoot platform infrastructure issues.
- Provide root cause analysis to identify systemic flaws and contribute to design improvements.
- Work on a rotating night shift, including weekends and public holidays.
What you bring:
- Proven track record as a Network Engineer or equivalent experience in a WAN environment, coming with great hands on troubleshooting & RCA.
- Ideally CCNP, CCNA or have hands on experience with Cisco Network Products. Certification and/or experience with servers & cloud environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced service environment. Experience in rotation / night shift is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English, additional languages advantageous.
