What you'll do:

As an IT Support Analyst, your role will be pivotal in providing first-line support to regional users. You'll be tasked with troubleshooting various D&T issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Your expertise will be crucial in setting up, configuring, and maintaining our systems. You'll work closely with the Lead to ensure alignment with organisational standards while also supporting local projects. Your commitment to delivering high-quality support will enhance user productivity.

  • Deliver high-quality support to local users, enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with users regarding support activities and resolutions.
  • Collaborate effectively Lead and other team members.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets and requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for support and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and report on performance and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this IT Support Analyst role brings a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, along with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. You have basic experience in support or a similar role, demonstrating familiarity with various systems including hardware, software, and network technologies. Your proficiency in using support tools coupled with your strong analytical skills will be key in this role. You are a team player who can also work independently, and you have a basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
