In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the constant availability and reliability of our services. Monitor system performance and implement solutions for ongoing improvement.
To succeed in this L3 Service Desk Engineer job, you must have 10 years of experience in IT service desk roles and be well-versed in working within a Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11.
