An exciting Endpoint Security Engineer job has just become available at one of the banking firms based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Endpoint Security Engineer Role:
This is a senior role, and you are responsible for providing support for all technical aspects of the digital workplace ensuring maximum cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot existing Security Endpoint Product Anti-virus, Virtual Patching, Privilege Identity Management, Hardening, DLP Endpoint, Email and Web Protection
• Provide day-to-day operation support for any Security Endpoint solution request/incident/hands-on/enhancement. Responsible for the provisioning, configuration and administrative for any Security Endpoint solution
• Identify, protect, detect, response, recover for any threat detected across Security Endpoint solution
• Provide comprehensive Security Endpoint policy based on the best practice and on demand to ensure secured and protected. Managing vendor for any tech refresh, exploring new feature, support for any Security Endpoint solution
• Managing compliance of the security tool update of signature/definition and tool version for servers and PC
• Compile and report status of progress including ensuring up-to-date SOP. Provide regional support for endpoint security tools including consolidation

To succeed in this Endpoint Security Engineer role, you must have a minimum of five years of experience in Security Endpoint Product Anti-virus, Virtual Patching, Privilege Identity Management, Hardening, DLP Endpoint, Email and Web Protection.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution
• Minimum of five years of endpoint security/cybersecurity related experience such as Security Endpoint Product Anti-virus, Virtual Patching, Privilege Identity Management, Hardening, DLP Endpoint, Email and Web Protection
