About the IT Manager (Retail) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a major role in overseeing infrastructure related operations to ensure applications are continually operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective IT coordination of branch opening, closure and renovation projects
• Oversee network, hardware, server, system and applications within the retail environment
• Provide technical expertise to subordinates in execution of jobs
• Manage vendors and service providers including SLA and contracts
• Ensure DR plan is consistently managed and updated
• Lead, mentor and coach team members, ensure high team performance and motivation level

To succeed in this IT Manager (Retail) role, you will need to be equipped with strong years of experience handling in-house infrastructure, preferably familiar with the retail environment.

Key Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of IT experience
• Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure including network, database, servers, web technologies, contact centre systems, etc.
• Strong team management and communication within the team
• Able to manage vendors, stakeholders, etc.
• Willing to travel outstation from time to time
