About the Head of IT (Plantation) Role:
In this business critical job, you are required to lead the IT operations and projects for the plantation industry, based in Selangor and Kelantan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key IT advisor to top management
• Identify opportunities and improve IT operations in accordance with ITIL standards
• Develop and manage plantation application and software
• Identify opportunities and implement projects to strengthen cybersecurity
• Identify digital transformation opportunities and translate the requirements into projects

To succeed in this Head of IT (Plantation) role, you will need to have strong IT skill sets in a plantation industry knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in IT
• More than ten years of experience in IT with a minimum of five years in a managerial position
• Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity and digital solutions
• Knowledge of the plantation industry is a must
• Ability to manage plantation applications
• Travel to plantation site is required (50%).
