Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a role to focus on IT leadership role to oversee the application and infrastructure of the organisation.

About the Manager/Senior Manager of Information Technology Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Manager/Senior Manager of Information Technology will play a key role in the engineering team continued development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate resources and processes required to deliver new application/system or upgrading existing application and system
• Determine the IAD needs of the organisation and implement computer systems to fulfil the organisation's information systems requirements
• Analyse HOEM business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders (inter-department) across the organisation to develop solutions for IT needs
• Research and implement IT technological strategic solutions
• Introduce ISO 27001 IT security policy
• Construct and implement plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
• Create rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new update is available

The successful candidate must possess a minimum of seven years of experience in managerial experience maintaining in house software application and hardware as well as networking experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in a managerial position and has work experience in the following activities:
1. Developing and maintaining in-house software applications
2. Hardware/Network setup and maintenance
3. Network administration on Windows 2000/2003 Advance Server and Exchange Server 2000
4. ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of employees
