An exciting IT Infra Analyst job has just been made available at a manufacturing company based in Shah Alam.

About the IT Infra Analyst Role:
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for actively providing support to internal users and driving positive IT service culture and satisfaction. You will also contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively provide support to internal users and drive positive IT service culture and satisfaction
• Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements
• Monitor and support IT infrastructure, network and security systems to ensure maximum availability of production environment
• Maintain and improve ITSM system, documenting IT related problems and solutions on the technical database
• Evaluate new and emerging products and solutions
• Provide training to end-users

To succeed in this IT Infra Analyst role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience with Azure cloud technologies, O365, Windows AD infrastructure, VMware, SDWAN, MDM and FortiGate security devices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies, O365, Windows AD infrastructure, VMware, SDWAN, MDM and FortiGate security devices
• Good understanding of security infrastructure, including firewall concepts
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills, ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage workload on multiple projects
• Readiness to travel (global) occasionally
