An exciting Infra Solution Architect job has just become available at a banking firm based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Infra Solution Architect Role:
In this role, you are the lead technologist for leading digital workspace and digital solutions on Microsoft Productivity suite, Zoom platform, and VMWare Workspace solutions including monitoring and security aspects for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing Microsoft Productivity suite, Zoom platform, and VMWare Workspace solutions. Analysing business needs to architect relevant solutions and automation process
• Troubleshoot problems affecting enterprise productivity/collaboration solutions. Configure, deploy, and troubleshooting enterprise grade on-premises and cloud productivity/collaboration solutions.
• Managing solution architecture risk, taking countermeasures, and recognising conflicts in the design. Supporting cross-platform end-to-end design
• Supporting technology selection and proof of concepts. Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture. Provide supervision and guidance to development/operations teams.
• Propose changes where needed to keep abreast with emerging technologies
• Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented. Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets

To succeed in this Solution Architect job, you must have five years' hands-on designing/deploying/managing VMware's Workspace ONE suite of products, Zoom collaboration solutions and Microsoft Productivity suite.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum5 years of work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. Hands-on designing/deploying/managing VMware's Workspace ONE suite of products, Zoom collaboration solutions and Microsoft Productivity suite
• Certification on VMWare, Microsoft, Zoom certified professional is preferred
• Hands-on configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise grade on-premises and cloud productivity/collaboration solutions. Have a clear understanding of mobile and end-point operating systems such as Android, Windows and macOS; identity and access management
• Effectively communicate any potential issues with the solution architecture to the project team, third parties, peers, and customers
• Previous project management experience is advantageous
